Lecture as part of the Aalen Foundry Colloquium, University of Aalen

Our presentation was part of a program that, alongside new technologies, focused primarily on efficiency, sustainability, and experiences and challenges from international markets. One thing became clear: close partnerships and a shared commitment to continuous development are essential across the entire process chain.

In addition to continuously optimizing efficiency and costs, we contribute by investigating how release agents and their individual components can be optimized to meet the demanding requirements of new alloys, components, and processes. 

During the presentation, our Head of R&D, Dr. Steffen Link, shared our experience and research findings from numerous structural component and GigaCasting projects in the European and Chinese markets, as well as from our collaborations with universities and research conducted in our own laboratory.
